Out & About Day Tours offers you the opportunity to
become either a Full or Associate Travel Club Member. Travel Club members
receive certain benefits and advantages. These benefits and advantages are
outlined and explained below.
BENEFITS OF BEING A
FULL TRAVEL CLUB MEMBER
You will receive two complimentary mail-outs, in
each twelve month period in which you are a financial member, and
You will pay a special Travel Club Member tour price
for each of the tours included in the bi-annual mail-out of the year in which
you are a financial member.
BENEFIT OF BEING AN
ASSOCIATE TRAVEL CLUB MEMBER
You will pay a special Travel Club Member tour price
for each of the tours included in the bi-annual mail-out of the year in which
you are a financial member.
TRAVEL CLUB
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Full Travel Club Membership - $10.00 per person, per
membership year.
Associate Travel Club Membership - $5.00 per person,
per membership year.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
You will only be regarded as a Travel Club Member
provided you have paid the annual Membership fee.
Only a Full Travel Club Member will receive the
bi-annual mail-out.
Only Travel Club Members are eligible to pay the
cheaper fare.
You can only become an Associate Travel Club Member
provided your name is included on the Application Form by a person joining as a
Full Travel Club Member.
If you are an Associate Travel Club Member, you will
only be eligible to pay the special Travel Club Member tour price, provided you
are included in the booking of a Full Travel Club Member.
If there are non-Travel Club Members included in
your booking, they will be required to pay the higher fare. To avoid them having
to pay the higher fare, they, too, are welcome to become either Full or
Associate Travel Club members, which will allow them to enjoy the benefits,
accordingly.
The Membership year commences on 1 April 2008
and concludes on 31 March 2009. Members joining at
anytime in this twelve month period are required to pay the full annual fee - no
discounts will be offered to people who leave joining the Travel Club to a later
time in the Membership year. So, to receive the maximum benefit for your
Membership fee, it is advisable that you join immediately.
The only tour not offering a special
Travel Club Member price is the Market Coach Tour & Steam Train Ride, which you
will see advertised in your local newspaper from time to time.

A receipt, to acknowledge your payment
of the Membership fee, will be posted to you along with your first tour receipt.
